Terms of Use
Last updated April 8, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Phraser mobile app, this website, and any related services we offer (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Using Phraser
You may use Phraser for personal, non-commercial language learning. You are responsible for the content you paste into the app and for any text you submit through the friend-sending form. Do not submit anything illegal, abusive, or infringing.
Your content
Phrases you save in the app belong to you. We do not claim ownership. Phrases sent to a friend through the inbox feature are stored only long enough for their device to claim them.
Friend inbox
If you share your inbox link, anyone with that link can send phrases to your app. Treat the link like a private address. You can turn the inbox off at any time in Phraser’s settings.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features of Phraser may require a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the platform and governed by its terms.
Disclaimer
Phraser is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app useful and accurate, but AI-generated explanations may contain mistakes. Use judgment, especially for critical language use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phraser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
