I subscribed but Premium isn’t unlocked.

Open Phraser, go to Profile, and tap “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase. If it still doesn’t unlock, email us and we’ll sort it out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Phraser, go to Profile, and tap “Manage Subscription” — that opens the native subscription management screen where you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The AI extracted the wrong phrases / generated odd sentences.

AI-generated content is occasionally off. You can ignore phrases you don’t want before saving, and report systematic issues by email so we can tune the prompts.

Can I use Phraser offline?

Practice and your saved phrases work offline. Extracting new phrases from text and generating new quiz questions both require an internet connection.

How does the friend inbox work?

Turn on “Receive phrases from friends” in Profile, then tap “Share my link”. Anyone with the link can send a phrase to your app — no account needed on their end. You can disable the inbox at any time.
